Schedule
- Full-time, remote (direct hire)
- Two shifts available:
- 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM EST
- 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM EST (Bilingual English/Spanish)
- Heavy phone volume role in a remote call center environment
What You’ll Do
- Answer heavy inbound call volume in a remote call center setting
- Assist patients with questions and concerns using a friendly, empathetic approach
- Route calls to other billing departments when needed
- Determine resolutions while following client rules and expectations
- Follow through on requests, including contacting alternate parties and sending information via email or fax when required
- Maintain professionalism, accountability, and composure while working under pressure
- Support compliance expectations, including HIPAA privacy and timely filing requirements
What You Need
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- Strong computer skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Insurance billing knowledge (preferred; training provided)
- Ability to learn quickly, ask questions, and apply feedback
- Ability to handle pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain composure on the phone
- Strong problem-solving skills, including knowing what questions to ask to get to the right solution
- Professional, courteous communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to organize and prioritize work
