Schedule
- Full-time, UK-based role

- Participation in scheduled video calls and team discussions (cameras on, engaged)
What You’ll Do
- Produce short-form video and motion content (15–60 seconds) for product highlights, animations, social ads, and feature launches
- Create static assets for paid campaigns, landing pages, email nurtures, and upsell programs
- Collaborate with Product Design to align on style, evolve the visual language, and build what resonates
- Translate product insights into marketing creative that improves clarity, storytelling, and conversion
- Partner with Sales, Growth, and Product Marketing to iterate based on performance data
- Build and maintain a scalable marketing design system (templates, motion presets, reusable components)
- Contribute to campaign and lifecycle creative strategy, brainstorming, and execution
- Stay current on SaaS design, motion trends, social video, and performance creative best practices
What You Need
- Strong experience as a Marketing Designer, ideally in SaaS or digital products
- A portfolio showing short-form motion/video plus static work (ads, landing pages, email, etc.)
- Strong understanding of designing for paid social, display, email, and web, and how creative impacts CTR/CVR/engagement
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions with confidence
- Performance-minded creativity, comfortable iterating quickly using data
- Strong attention to composition, typography, color, and motion timing
- Proactive, self-directed, and energized by a fast-moving environment
