Schedule
- Remote: United States
- Hours of operation: 8:00am–11:30pm EST, Monday–Sunday
- Schedule changes: Every 3 months, based on performance
- Equipment: Work computer provided
- Home setup: Quiet, distraction-free workspace required
What You’ll Do
- Provide customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support for tech products
- Support inbound customers using a call flow guide in English or Spanish
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Maintain broad knowledge of products like smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
- Deliver friendly, professional customer experiences on every interaction
What You Need
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both English and Spanish
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfort using and explaining technology to customers
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to ask probing questions to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Strong computer navigation skills and general PC knowledge
- Reliable high-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
- Internet speed requirement: 10 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
- Must live in the United States with a valid U.S. residential address
