What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through questions or challenges while using the product or service
- Listen actively to identify the root issue and provide clear solutions
- Record detailed call notes for auditing, reporting, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update customer records to keep information accurate
- Identify opportunities to introduce new or enhanced services that fit customer needs
- Offer recommendations that improve the overall customer experience
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months of customer service or sales experience preferred
- Comfort using company-issued equipment (webcam may apply)
- Wired broadband internet (DSL or cable only, no satellite/dial-up/wireless 5G)
- Hardwired connection with proof of minimum speeds: 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload
- Calm, people-first communication and detail accuracy
