One Call supports injured workers by coordinating care and helping them get back to life faster. They’re remote-first and built around values like moving fast, working together, and caring deeply. The role sits in Central Operations and focuses on high-volume customer support with clear processes and escalation paths.
Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Ongoing applications (no posting deadline)
- Work is performed from your home office setup
- Role includes productivity expectations (quality, schedule adherence, average handle time)
What You’ll Do
- Provide customer support by phone, email, and instant messaging to business customers
- Serve as the primary contact for inbound issues and questions
- Resolve basic support needs (for example: address changes, order processing, billing and payment)
- Escalate more technical product issues to the appropriate Product Support team
- Process a high volume of inquiries and resolve a targeted percentage successfully
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and use tools and resources to fix problems
- Track and document support requests with clean, accurate notes
- Update customer contact information and ensure accurate data entry
- Follow up on escalations to learn solutions and build your knowledge
- Possibly guide or mentor less experienced customer service associates
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent education, training, and experience)
- Strong customer service skills and professional communication (written and verbal)
- Comfortable navigating computer systems and working across multiple tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to manage moderate to significant mental stress during heavy workload periods
- Ability to work in alignment with DEI and belonging standards
- Ability to work from home with a proper workstation and handle prolonged sitting and repetitive tasks
