Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Monday–Friday: 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST
- Weekend rotation required
- Paid training conducted from home
- Equipment provided (laptop and headset)
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with urgency, care, and confidence
- Retain customers by resolving issues, renegotiating terms, and preventing disconnect requests
- Use active listening and empathy across phone and email while taking full ownership of outcomes
- Execute and coordinate repricing for assigned customers
- Identify customer needs, make independent decisions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Consistently work toward and achieve sales and retention targets
- Manage time well while juggling multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
What You Need
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
- Call center experience with a proven ability to generate sales
- Strong rapport-building skills with an ethical, customer-first approach
- Competitive drive to meet and exceed goals
- Comfort with multitasking and using computers throughout the day
- Ability to pass a background check, employment history investigation, and drug screening
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
