What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to patients to educate them on Pomelo Care services and resources
- Enroll members and consistently hit KPI-driven enrollment goals
- Answer questions, address concerns, and guide patients on how Pomelo can support their needs
- Document all outreach activity accurately and on time
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (providers, community organizations) to connect patients to appropriate services
- Help families schedule appointments and follow-up care when needed
- Handle inbound calls from potential patients
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on healthcare trends and regulations
What You Need
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Ability to work the set schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm CT)
- Strong verbal communication skills with empathy and rapport-building ability
- Comfortable working toward goals, metrics, and a monthly bonus structure
- Strong organization and time management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to work occasional overtime

This is a performance-driven role with real upside: base pay is $45,000–$55,000, plus uncapped monthly bonuses, with on-target earnings estimated at $70,000–$100,000 based on performance.
