Schedule
- Full-time, work-from-home role (Canada)

What You’ll Do
- Support vehicle owners for a major automotive brand with warranty coverage, repairs, dealership concerns, and vehicle features
- Listen calmly, take complaints seriously, and provide effective solutions to reduce customer stress
- Navigate multiple systems and use tools like Google Maps (or similar) to assist customers
- Communicate clearly in both French and English across customer interactions
What You Need
- Must reside in Canada
- Must be 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English
