- Full-time
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CT
- Preference: Located in the Central time zone to support client needs
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via inbound/outbound phone, email, and chat
- Answer questions professionally and complete tasks/processes for customers
- Provide high-quality customer service and problem resolution
- De-escalate frustrated customer situations
- Find solutions that improve the customer experience
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Office skills: Word, Outlook, Access, and strong Excel
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving
- Strong written and verbal communication, including de-escalation skills
- Team-oriented approach and willingness to support peers
- Detail-oriented, process-focused, committed to accurate documentation
- Comfortable learning and navigating multiple systems/tools
