Schedule

  • Remote (work from home)
  • Hours of Operation: 8:00am–11:30pm EST, Monday–Sunday
  • Schedules change every 3 months and are performance-based
  • Full-time

What You’ll Do

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language (English or Spanish)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve routine technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  • Answer product and service questions while delivering customer service and technical support
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Maintain a broad knowledge of tech products (smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables); familiarity with iOS/MacOS preferred
  • Deliver a positive customer experience on every interaction

What You Need

  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both Spanish and English
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong customer relationship and communication skills
  • Comfortable using and explaining technology
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to ask probing questions to reach resolution
  • Strong computer navigation skills
  • Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
  • Desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing (work computer will be provided)
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite); 10 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
  • Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address
