Schedule
- Remote (work from home)
- Hours of Operation: 8:00am–11:30pm EST, Monday–Sunday
- Schedules change every 3 months and are performance-based
- Full-time
What You’ll Do
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language (English or Spanish)
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Answer product and service questions while delivering customer service and technical support
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Maintain a broad knowledge of tech products (smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables); familiarity with iOS/MacOS preferred
- Deliver a positive customer experience on every interaction
What You Need
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both Spanish and English
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- Comfortable using and explaining technology
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to ask probing questions to reach resolution
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
- Desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing (work computer will be provided)
- High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite); 10 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
- Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address
