- Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm PT
What You’ll Do
- Guide clients through the One Legal platform to complete tasks
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce
- Own your learning and communicate clearly with your manager
- Advocate for clients by reviewing materials and giving feedback to internal teams
- Solve issues efficiently while protecting a high-quality client experience
- Represent the client’s voice to influence product improvements
- Track and act on KPIs to consistently deliver strong client service
- Embrace new tech/process updates that improve service and efficiency
- Suggest improvements when productivity issues show up
- Assist with onboarding new team members
- Use de-escalation skills to minimize delays and keep cases moving
- Follow policies/guidelines and support consistent team practices
What You Need
- 2+ years in Customer Support (call center preferred)
- 2+ years using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- SaaS experience is a plus, especially legal services
- DialPad experience preferred (telephonic support optimization)
- 1+ year legal/litigation support preferred
- High school diploma required (advanced studies or equivalent experience welcomed)

Pay range: $19.25–$22.12/hour (final offer depends on experience, skills, and internal equity).
