- Availability required between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for escalated/upper-level support and de-escalate sensitive client situations
- Proactively monitor and resolve problem jobs while protecting the client experience
- Identify root causes and use all available resources to drive efficient resolutions
- Maintain accurate records in ServeManager, following established policies
- Partner with your manager to meet department and company goals
- Stay current on tech/process improvements that increase service level and efficiency
- Help onboard and support new team members
What You Need
- 3+ years in Customer Support (call center experience preferred)
- Legal services familiarity is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM/support tools (examples: Salesforce, Intercom)
- Strong written and verbal communication; solid interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with initiative and self-motivation
- Strong organization, time management, and proactive follow-through
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and personalities across levels
