- Remote: Work from home

What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails related to account inquiries, transactions, and fraud concerns
- Identify and respond to potential fraud using training, account data, and internal tools
- Process fraud claims and disputes following client guidelines
- Investigate issues carefully and document actions in a case management system
- Explain resolutions clearly while staying professional, empathetic, and confidential
- Escalate complex cases when needed and support the team with additional tasks
What You Need
- Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience
- English proficiency required
- Must reside in Puerto Rico and be authorized to work permanently in the United States
- Pass background check, credit check, and fingerprinting
- Home setup requirements:
- Dedicated workspace (desk, chair, electrical outlet)
- Direct LAN connection
- Secure, reliable high-speed internet
- Internet speed test requirement: minimum 50 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
- Comfortable multitasking across multiple systems in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills with attention to accuracy
Benefits
- Pay: $12.10 per hour starting day one
- Incentive opportunity: Up to an additional $350 per month after training (performance-based)
- Shift differential: +$1.50 per hour for Monday–Friday hours worked 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Weekend differential: +$1.00 per hour for Saturday and Sunday hours
