Sharecare is a digital health company helping people manage their health through a data-driven virtual health platform. CareLinx is Sharecare’s caregiving platform that connects families with non-medical, in-home caregivers, supporting members and health plan partners through the full caregiver search and hire journey.
Schedule
- Full time, hourly
- Remote for most candidates
- Important location note: if you live near Mesa, AZ, you’ll be required to work on-site 5 days per week
- Call center-style environment with performance goals and productivity expectations
What You’ll Do
Guide members and families through the caregiver search process, including identifying candidates and setting up interviews
Support families through caregiver hiring steps and help with caregiver retention after placement
Follow up after matches to ensure satisfaction and assist when member needs change
Document complete, accurate notes of all interactions in CareLinx’s EHR system
Communicate professionally with families and caregivers via phone, email, and text
Collaborate closely with teammates and other internal CareLinx teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality
What You Need
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year in a productivity-based customer service or call center role, or 2+ years in a customer service environment
Strong verbal and written communication with a confident, professional phone presence
Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills
Comfort using Microsoft Office and navigating systems while talking with people
Ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment
Preferred Qualifications
Some college coursework
Healthcare experience
Military experience (plus, not required)
