If you’re strong in onboarding operations, HR systems, and Excel, you’ll be the person making sure caregivers clear background checks, complete training, and meet I-9/1099 requirements smoothly.

What You’ll Do
Oversee caregiver background check and onboarding processes to ensure timely completion
Ensure I-9 and 1099 compliance for all caregivers
Monitor caregiver training completion and ensure adherence to internal and regulatory requirements
Identify onboarding process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and caregiver experience
Act as a liaison across Recruiting, HR/Payroll, and Caregiver Experience to resolve hiring and onboarding issues
Use HRIS and CRM systems to manage candidate data, workflows, and documentation
Build reports and analyze onboarding metrics using Excel to spot trends and recommend improvements
What You Need
Experience in HR, recruiting, or onboarding operations in a multi-state, high-volume environment (including W-2 and 1099 workflows)
Strong proficiency with HRIS/CRM systems (Workday, Bullhorn, or similar)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards)
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Clear communication and strong problem-solving ability
