This role is for the admin pro who can keep senior leaders moving, calm the chaos, and protect the calendar like it’s a vault. You’ll support SVP level leadership in Sales, handle confidential work, and own high-volume coordination that directly impacts how the team performs.

What You’ll Do
Provide executive-level admin support to the SVP and sales leadership (RVPs, RSDs)
Manage calendars, scheduling, onboarding, and training coordination across busy stakeholders
Draft presentations, leadership communications, and polished meeting summaries
Take notes in key meetings and turn them into clear action-oriented recaps
Maintain a sponsorship tracker and handle invoices and expense reporting
Track expenses versus budget, support budget development, and provide periodic reporting
Support OPEX reviews and budget change requests from leadership
Partner on transition and migration support (including project plans and requirements)
Serve as a go-to resource for internal process questions and sales team coordination
What You Need
5–7 years of relevant administrative experience supporting senior leaders
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle confidential information, and meet deadlines
Sound judgment and initiative within established guidelines
Comfort with budget tracking, expense reconciliation, and reporting
College degree or equivalent work experience (high school diploma required)
