If you’re the kind of person who can translate “client needs” into clean spreadsheets, tight processes, and calm problem-solving, this role is built for you. You’ll be the engine behind Clinical Account Executives, helping PBM clients keep claims and clinical programs running smooth, especially during implementations and formulary changes.

Quick backbone check: this one is not “light admin.” It’s client-facing operations plus clinical/PBM reporting. If your Excel is shaky or you don’t like juggling shifting priorities, it’ll feel like getting chased. If you’re sharp with spreadsheets and you like being the fixer behind the scenes, this is a strong step up.
Happy Hunting,
