Full-time remote role
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Remote eligibility excludes residents of: AK, HI, ME, MS, NH, NM, ND, RI, SC, SD, WV, WY
What You’ll Do
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels
- Help administer marketing initiatives, including ad hoc print requests and online store management
- Maintain and update core assets, including SharePoint site(s), scheduled social media posts, and website content
- Ensure messaging stays accurate, on-brand, meets accreditation requirements, and remains 508 compliant
- Draft, proofread, and edit content for websites, social media, and promotional materials
- Maintain a directory and inventory of marketing materials so resources stay current and accurate
- Coordinate promotional item fulfillment and inventory management
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver marketing initiatives on time and correctly
- Support public relations activities with Corporate Communications, including press releases, media interviews, bylines, award submissions, speaking engagements, and webinars
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related field)
- 0–2 years of relevant marketing/communications experience (internships, volunteer work, and part-time roles count)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of marketing tools (social media management tools, marketing automation, etc.)
- PBM or healthcare experience (preferred)
- Ability to work cooperatively and support compliance program objectives

Pay Range: $21.56 – $25.66/hr.
