Compliance-focused role supporting internal teams (Legal, Compliance, IT, Business Units) and external vendors
Work requires accurate documentation, deadlines, and steady follow-through
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and support the company’s Vendor Management program and keep records accurate in the vendor management system
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for new and existing vendors (financial health, cybersecurity, regulatory, and operational risk)
- Collect, validate, and analyze vendor documentation like SOC reports, insurance certificates, business continuity plans, and information security policies
- Support vendor performance reviews and contract renewals, especially for critical and high-risk vendors
- Resolve delivery, quality, payment, or performance issues while keeping relationships professional and collaborative
- Review internal processes for compliance and propose improvements that strengthen consistency and efficiency
- Help build reports, dashboards, and audit documentation to show program effectiveness
- Partner with stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, IT, and business teams on vendor-related initiatives
- Assist with vendor off-boarding and refinement of vendor risk templates and tools
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
- 1+ year of vendor management experience or similar compliance-related experience (preferably in financial services or another regulated industry)
- Strong writing skills for reports, business correspondence, and documentation
- Ability to present information clearly to employees, leadership, clients, and stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (and any role-specific tools used by the team)
- Comfortable juggling documentation, analysis, and follow-ups without letting details slip

Pay Range: $58,000 – $70,000/yr.
