Schedule
Remote role (must reside in one of these states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI)
Two evening shifts per week: 12pm–9pm CST and 10am–7pm CST
One Saturday shift every 5 weeks
Phone-heavy environment with consistent sitting, typing, and customer conversations
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to customers with past-due accounts to resolve delinquency
- Take ownership of delinquent and potentially delinquent accounts, working them toward resolution
- Research accounts to determine the best course of action based on company policy
- Process over-the-phone payments, including credit card transactions
- Offer hardship and relief options when eligible, following company practices
- Use internal tools and resources to aim for one-call resolution
- Explain interest, statements, and account details clearly and accurately
- Support overflow call types including disputes, recovery, first pay, and bankruptcy-related calls
- Help with administrative and in-office tasks as needed
What You Need
- Associate degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field OR equivalent relevant experience
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, internet, email)
- Professional phone presence with strong written and verbal communication
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle stressful conversations with tact and diplomacy while still driving results
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance, ability to follow direction, and comfort working under deadlines and change
- Positive, team-first attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range: $21.00 – $23.00/hr.
This one pays more because it’s tougher work. If you can handle tense calls without taking it personal and you like measurable outcomes, it can be a smart move.
