Pay: $16–$19/hour (posting lists $16/hour and a $16–$19 range)
What You’ll Do
- Review daily credit balances to confirm validity and obtain EOBs to support validation
- Research and identify issues contributing to credit balances
- Document account activity clearly and in detail
- Compile required data for validated refunds
- Meet departmental benchmarks for accuracy and daily productivity
- Keep your supervisor informed of concerns, issues, and any refund-processing delays
- Handle additional tasks as needed to support team goals
What You Need
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 1+ year of healthcare revenue cycle experience
- Intermediate skills in customer service, communication, Microsoft Office, and general computer use
- Detail-oriented, dedicated, team-first approach
- Self-starter mindset with motivation to grow and hit goals
