What You’ll Do
- Verify dental insurance eligibility by phone, web, and fax, then track and summarize outcomes for offices
- Gather and enter full insurance breakdowns into client practice management systems (PMS)
- Partner with dental offices to resolve failed verifications and request missing information
- Complete and transmit monthly invoicing forms
What You Need
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance policies/procedures; verification experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years dental office experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication and relationship skills
- High attention to detail with strong organization and follow-through
- Familiarity with multiple PMS platforms
- HIPAA/HITECH awareness and comfort working with confidential patient info
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
