Must have at least 8 hours/week available during Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm CST
Flexible hours (within that availability requirement)
What You’ll Do
- Submit dental insurance claims accurately and follow up to resolve delays or discrepancies
- Post insurance payments/adjustments and reconcile against the practice management system
- Manage insurance A/R and aging reports, running regular AR reporting to spot trends
- Act as a primary billing contact for offices and insurance companies, communicating updates clearly
- Coordinate with dental offices to ensure correct coding and documentation for claims
What You Need
- 5+ years in dental insurance claim submission, posting, and AR management
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans, procedures, and coding
- Confident handling complex billing issues with confidentiality and data security in mind
- Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship management skills
- Experience with dental PMS (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc.) + Google Workspace
