US work hours, 20 to 40 hours per week.
Expectation: manage core bookkeeping workflows, reconcile accounts, support reporting, and handle ad hoc finance tasks with confidentiality and accuracy.
What You’ll Do
Handle accounts receivable work including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue tracking, while monitoring vendor and contract agreements as needed
Reconcile accounts and oversee bank reconciliation processes, including data entry and ongoing account clean-up
Prepare monthly reports, balance sheets, financial statements, and payroll documents while maintaining strict confidentiality of company records
What You Need
1+ year of bookkeeping experience, ideally supporting international clients, with a solid grasp of accounting terms and practices
Experience with QuickBooks plus strong Excel skills, and comfort using tools like Asana for tracking tasks and workflows
Strong English communication skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive, tech-savvy work style (US taxation knowledge is a plus)
