Schedule
- Full-time, Remote
- Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST
- Pay range: $16.13 – $18.97 per hour
- Bonus: Not eligible

What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals supporting specialty pharmacy services
- Make outbound calls to patients to confirm shipment criteria and ask scripted questions when needed
- Use internal systems/tools to support therapy management and refill compliance
- Triage calls and route to a licensed healthcare associate when clinical intervention is required
- Gather accurate information for prescription fulfillment and document appropriately
- Follow compliance requirements and handle other duties as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
- 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Pharmacy or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong phone presence: warm, professional, clear communication
- Detail-focused and able to problem-solve (collect data, draw conclusions, resolve issues)
- Ability to work cooperatively with teammates and follow compliance expectations
