Schedule
- Part-time, hourly (non-exempt), remote (US)
- Must be able to work 9:00am–5:00pm PT
- Open to remote candidates nationwide
- Bay Area candidates: in-office work required 5 days/week per company policy
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email and chat
- Respond to and coordinate product-specific inquiries with external stakeholders
- Think critically about support workflows and help improve processes for scale
- Help build and continuously improve the customer journey
- Collaborate closely with other departments to improve the overall customer experience
What You Need
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar customer support role at a fast-paced startup
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating in a small, tight team
- Strong written communication and comfort talking with all types of customers
- Creative problem-solving skills and the confidence to propose fixes, not just report issues
- Self-starter mindset and comfort working in a startup environment
