Schedule
- Full-time, remote (contiguous U.S. only)
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern (fixed schedule)
- Must be available for some holidays/weekends during peak seasons
What You’ll Do
- Make a high volume of outbound calls (200+ calls/day expected) to users who requested information
- Schedule consultations between consumers and financial advisors, keeping the experience smooth and professional
- Consistently hit performance metrics tied to conversion and quality
- Use scripts and customer service best practices to guide conversations confidently
- Log interactions, outcomes, and issues accurately in the CRM
- Identify recurring customer pain points and escalate patterns to improve the process
- Share insights with team leads and support additional team initiatives as needed
What You Need
- 1+ year of high-volume call center experience (required)
- Comfort working in a quota and conversion-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to keep control of a conversation
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time in a fast-paced workflow
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to shifting business/user needs
- Able to work seated at a computer and communicate via phone/video as needed
