You’ll support providers across authorizations, claims, and general services, with cross-training in Provider Support and non-clinical Utilization Management so you can handle what comes in without passing the buck.

What You’ll Do
• Handle inbound calls, chats, emails, and faxes from healthcare providers
• Resolve questions tied to authorizations, claims, eligibility, benefits, and provider services
• Research claim and payment issues and ensure accurate, timely follow-up
• Provide enrollment and credentialing status updates when requested
• Support network participation inquiries and provider service requests
• Guide providers through tasks like checking authorization status, submitting claims, and using the provider portal
• Troubleshoot technical issues within the provider portal
• Document every interaction thoroughly to support quality, compliance, and tracking
• Use empathy, critical thinking, and attention to detail to deliver consistent, high-quality support
What You Need
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in a healthcare contact center or customer service role
• Medicare claims, Managed Care, Medicare Advantage, or Medicaid knowledge (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and databases accurately
• Strong organization, time management, and follow-through
• Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills
