Schedule
Remote (United States)
$15/hour
Work-from-home role with company-provided equipment
Must have reliable internet for video meetings (minimum 50 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload)
Trained remotely, designated home workspace required

What You’ll Do
• Answer incoming calls, chats, and make occasional outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy
• Identify the purpose of each call and document details in ASH proprietary systems
• Look up caller information and provide benefit details or problem resolution support
• Route cases needing deeper research to the appropriate department
• Use available resources to deliver timely, correct responses
• Manage time and follow-ups to meet required response and call timeframes
• Meet or exceed key performance expectations for the Customer Service Representative role
• Complete required trainings on time and attend weekly team meetings
• Follow confidentiality, compliance, and workplace safety standards

What You Need
• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of customer service experience (inbound call center experience preferred)
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems during a single interaction
• Ability to stay accurate and productive in a fast-paced environment with interruptions
• Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Comfort handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality
