If you’re the type who actually enjoys keeping messy content systems clean, accurate, and compliant, this is your lane. You’ll be the glue behind Curana’s marketing machine: tracking approvals, managing version control, updating website resources, and making sure what goes live is correct, accessible, and audit-ready.

What You’ll Do
⦁ Track and document HPMS approvals, material IDs, filing references, and website versioning requirements
⦁ Maintain organized archives of marketing collateral, compliance logs, and website publishing records
⦁ Upload approved docs to website libraries (provider/member resources, formularies, directories, and related content) tied to the correct filing and approval dates
⦁ Support front-end website updates with the Operations Marketing Manager, including content edits, icon refreshes, resource tile updates, and replacing PDFs/forms
⦁ Run pre- and post-publish QA to confirm accuracy, working links, and accessibility standards
⦁ Build proof sheets, sample kits, and materials for client/partner presentations
⦁ Manage marketing store updates: inventory adjustments and order fulfillment
⦁ Capture and share meeting notes, publishing updates, and post-presentation action items
⦁ Compile campaign reporting and maintain records of approved materials
⦁ Support presentation prep: updating decks, assembling sample packets, coordinating demos, archiving materials, and tracking follow-ups
⦁ Assist Digital Marketing leadership with email sends, link testing, analytics setup, dashboards, and basic reporting/data entry as needed
What You Need
⦁ Coursework, certification, or experience in business administration, health administration, or a related field
⦁ 1–3 years of experience in at least one of the following:
- Website content updates (WordPress or similar CMS)
- Production file management, organization, inventory, or fulfillment
- Marketing coordination/operations/admin support in a fast-paced environment
- Compliance-driven content/version control (Medicare Advantage workflows, material ID tracking)
- Accessibility-compliant formatting (Section 508 / WCAG)
Benefits
⦁ Full-time remote role with a mission-driven healthcare organization
⦁ Opportunity to grow with a high-growth company (Inc. 5000 recognition noted)
Backbone moment: this role is “marketing ops,” not “creative marketing.” If you want to design campaigns all day, you’ll hate it. If you love precision, process, and being the reason everything stays compliant and polished, it’s a strong fit.
