What You’ll Do
⦁ Provide high-level administrative support: calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and email correspondence
⦁ Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other executive documents
⦁ Manage multiple projects and competing priorities with tight deadlines and minimal oversight
⦁ Coordinate executive meetings end-to-end: scheduling, agenda prep, logistics, and post-meeting follow-ups/action items
⦁ Partner with medical group leaders to assess and improve calendar habits and time efficiency
⦁ Build and implement scheduling strategies that protect focus time and optimize executive productivity
⦁ Train leaders on time management best practices and the effective use of scheduling tools
⦁ Act as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders to keep communication crisp and timely
⦁ Track action items and ensure momentum on initiatives and special projects assigned by execs
What You Need
⦁ 5+ years of executive assistant experience (or similar) supporting senior leadership
⦁ Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Management, or related field)
⦁ Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
⦁ Elite organization and multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication
⦁ High discretion handling confidential information
⦁ Independent, proactive, and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment
