What You’ll Do
- Build and run an onboarding program for new Roo technician users
- Guide new users through their first, second, and third shift on the platform
- Ensure technicians receive the training and resources needed to succeed
- Track and report onboarding metrics to measure program performance
- Maintain relationships with new users to support engagement and retention
- Improve onboarding processes based on feedback and best practices
- Manage user behavior and address issues that impact the platform experience
- Capture onboarding learnings and translate them into product deliverables
- Contribute insights that support product innovation and operational improvements
What You Need
- 2+ years of customer/client support experience, ideally in an early-stage startup
- 5 years of veterinary or animal healthcare industry experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, organized, accurate, and reliable follow-through
- Ability to pivot quickly in a fast-moving environment
- Desire to improve processes and elevate customer experience
- Familiarity with HubSpot and Slack is a plus
