What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for new hospitals and veterinarians joining Roo
- Walk users through account setup, platform orientation, and best practices tailored to their workflows
- Track onboarding milestones and proactively unblock activation issues
- Coordinate smooth handoffs with Business Development and Account Management
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Hospital Success to improve onboarding content and tools
- Gather new-user feedback and turn it into process improvements
- Deliver a strong first impression through responsiveness, empathy, and follow-through
What You Need
- 2+ years in onboarding, customer success, client enablement, or ops (tech-enabled or marketplace preferred)
- Strong communication, especially simplifying “complicated” into “easy”
- Organized, detail-oriented, strong follow-through
- Comfortable with multiple systems (CRM, ticketing, analytics) and managing multiple onboarding tracks
- Preferred: vet practice or hospital management experience, healthcare, or B2B SaaS experience
- Comfortable working remote and customer-facing
