If you’re the kind of person who can turn chaos into a clean run-of-show, this is your lane. Roo needs someone to own trade shows, conferences, and continuing education programs end-to-end, keeping the brand tight and the logistics tighter.
About Roo
Roo is a veterinary staffing platform connecting veterinarians, techs, and assistants with animal hospitals for relief work and hiring. They’ve built a large network (20,000+ veterinary pros and 9,000+ hospitals) and position themselves as mission-driven, tech-forward, and focused on flexibility for animal healthcare professionals.

My honest take (because you asked for truth): this role is great if you like logistics, travel, and being “the fixer.” But if you hate last-minute changes, vendor follow-ups, or being the person everyone pings when something breaks on-site, it will chew you up.
Happy Hunting,
