High-volume calling role (average ~4 hours talk time and 20–30 outbound calls/day)

What You’ll Do
- Negotiate client debts to completion with creditors and law firms, communicating hardship and securing settlements that move accounts toward closure
- Maintain strong relationships with law firms and manage escalated account communications
- Review client savings and banking details to determine available funds and timing for settlement execution
- Analyze client portfolios to choose the best, fastest strategy toward debt freedom
- Gather and submit required legal documentation for approvals and payments
- Liaise with attorneys and paralegals to resolve accounts already escalated to legal channels
- Track and hit monthly KPIs while keeping files moving with proactive urgency
- Document and manage sensitive information with high discretion
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain an efficient, client-first process
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in a metrics-driven, goals-based environment preferred
- Strong negotiation-ready communication skills (written and verbal), professionalism, and business acumen
- Analytical mindset and ability to work quickly through complex situations
- Strong organization and multitasking skills across multiple systems
- Ability to build rapport with creditors while still advocating hard for the client
- Comfort staying calm and professional during difficult, high-stakes discussions
- CRM experience preferred (Salesforce a plus)
- Reliable attendance and openness to feedback and performance coaching
