- Mon–Fri: 1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. ET
- Sun–Thu: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET
Overtime eligible if classified non-exempt
What You’ll Do
- Use Salesforce to manage client interactions, track cases, and document outcomes
- Handle inbound and outbound calls discussing complex financial situations with empathy and calm confidence
- Resolve client inquiries and program concerns in high-stress scenarios with a solution-first approach
- Document calls clearly and accurately to maintain strong account records
- Present settlement proposals to clients for approval and guide them through next steps
- Escalate issues to leadership or other departments when needed
- Support clients facing potential legal action from creditors by explaining processes and options
- Build rapport and drive high satisfaction by delivering an exceptional client experience
What You Need
- High school diploma/GED required (bachelor’s preferred)
- 2+ years in customer service or relationship-based support
- Preferred: experience in financial services, banking, or similar environments
- Strong de-escalation skills, empathy, and active listening for vulnerable clients
- Sharp attention to detail and strong organization, with the ability to navigate multiple systems at once
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Professional, patient communication style during difficult conversations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume, performance-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication, dependable attendance, and openness to feedback
