What You’ll Do
- Monitor onboarding progress in the OB portal and keep customers moving through data collection
- Respond to customer questions within 48 business hours, resolving or escalating as needed
- Lead and track individual onboarding/data collection projects and deadlines
- Proactively reach out via email, text, and phone to customers who haven’t engaged
- Validate customer-submitted data for accuracy and readiness for accounting workflows
- Train/support customers using the platform (Ceterus Edge) during onboarding
- Troubleshoot platform issues during data collection to keep activation on track
- Share customer feedback with the accounting team to improve handoffs and processes
- Create a smooth, positive onboarding experience so the transition to the assigned Accountant is clean
What You Need
- Strong organization and follow-through (you’ll be tracking multiple activations at once)
- Customer support instincts with clear, patient communication
- Comfort troubleshooting basic platform/process issues and escalating smartly
- Ability to self-manage in a remote environment (proactive, independent, consistent)
- Detail-oriented data checking and quality control mindset
- Results focus: hit activation timelines and keep customers from stalling out
