What You’ll Do
- Build and execute full funnel paid search strategies aligned to client goals and KPIs
- Set up, manage, and continuously optimize Google, Bing, and other PPC campaigns
- Write, test, and refine ad copy with ongoing A/B testing and full use of platform extensions
- Perform keyword research and competitor research to guide targeting and structure
- Use advanced targeting, segmentation, and retargeting to drive conversions
- Analyze performance down to the keyword and feed level and implement data-driven improvements
- Create detailed performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations
- Manage budgets and daily pacing to maximize performance and efficiency
- Partner with Client Success Managers to align search with cross channel strategy and the full customer journey
- Communicate strategy, results, and next steps clearly to clients and internal teams
- Stay current on SEM trends and bring new tactics and ideas into the work
- Support team collaboration by sharing best practices and mentoring junior teammates
What You Need
- 2+ years of SEM experience in the consumer space with proven results
- Agency experience preferred (2+ years)
- Strong understanding of advertising fundamentals and cross channel full funnel strategy
- Strong keyword research, campaign management, and optimization skills
- Experience with SEM reporting and third party analytics tools
- Google Ads certification or ability to obtain it
- Experience managing data feeds and shopping campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and client relationship skills
- Proactive, critical thinker with a results mindset
