What You’ll Do
- Analyze source data and data quality, then build a custom migration plan per customer
- Resolve data migration issues and provide technical support during migrations
- Identify trends and recurring issues, then share insights with Product/Engineering
- Create and maintain internal and external process documentation
- Communicate customer info, trends, and feedback cross-functionally
- Improve current workflows and proactively enhance the Pro experience
What You Need
- 2–4 years full-time experience in customer success, implementation, engineering, or data implementation
- Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Proven success working cross-functionally and hitting success or sales metrics
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
- Nice to have: Python experience
- Nice to have: experience using or building with conversational AI tools (ChatGPT, GPT-based tools, NLP models)

Compensation
- $21.55–$25.35/hour + 10% variable (final rate depends on location, skills, and experience)
