Ventra Health is hiring a Manager, Client Success to own client relationships, drive performance reviews, manage escalations, and coach a small Client Success team in a revenue cycle management (RCM) environment supporting facility-based physician groups (anesthesia, emergency medicine, hospital medicine, pathology, radiology).

What You’ll Do
- Lead recurring client performance meetings to review results and ensure satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate internal teams to resolve issues quickly
- Facilitate internal and external meetings, document action items, and maintain client success logs
- Monitor operational workflow steps using Client Success standards, escalating when needed
- Prepare and review client reports, ad hoc analyses, and metric dashboards
- Track and present Client Success KPIs and use an escalation matrix to resolve client concerns
- Recommend process improvements based on data and trends
- Support practice administration services (finance, HR, credentialing, compliance) when contracted
- Monitor and support payor contract negotiations/renewals with Managed Care resources as applicable
- Oversee quality program and compliance training requirements tied to client contracts
- Assist with new client implementations
- Mentor, coach, and grow assigned Client Success team members (when applicable)
- Ensure compliance with healthcare and security regulations across your team
- Handle special projects as assigned
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred in business, healthcare management, or similar)
- 3–5 years in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or related field
- Working familiarity with medical billing and terminology
- Strong client-facing presence and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Proven leadership skills: coaching, setting expectations, driving accountability
- Strong presentation skills (building + delivering)
- Strong knowledge of RCM, accounting, and/or finance
- Strong judgment, problem-solving, and escalation handling skills
- High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficiency with Outlook and RCM/workflow management software (or equivalent)
