What You’ll Do
⦁ Process customer toll and violations data accurately and on time
⦁ Look for process improvements and efficiency wins, then share ideas and suggestions
⦁ Update existing SOPs and collaborate on new SOPs as processes evolve
⦁ Research and troubleshoot issues, sometimes with toll agency partners and internal teams
⦁ Use Salesforce for internal communication and customer updates
⦁ Support new account setup and related operational tasks

What You Need
⦁ HS diploma or GED (Associate/Bachelor’s a plus)
⦁ Strong organization and attention to detail
⦁ Excitement for iterative process improvement and learning complex workflows
⦁ Comfort owning outcomes and working with a growth mindset
⦁ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Excel is especially important
⦁ Salesforce experience is a plus (and they’ll ask you to describe it)
⦁ Team-first mindset aligned with collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement
