What You’ll Do
⦁ Support the Reimbursement Contracts Manager with research and review of payor contracts and amendments
⦁ Consult, educate, and train Intake and Reimbursement teams on payor contract requirements and reimbursement expectations
⦁ Provide clear, timely guidance on payor reimbursement methodologies, rates, and policies to internal stakeholders
⦁ Manage payor contract and reimbursement resources on the company intranet, keeping documents current and easy to find
⦁ Prepare reports and support special projects tied to contracting and reimbursement performance
⦁ Investigate payment variances and help identify payor contract non-compliance through auditing and root cause analysis
⦁ Help translate contract language into practical, day-to-day workflow guidance so teams can reduce denials and underpayments
What You Need
⦁ 4+ years of experience with home infusion therapies and associated HCPCS codes
⦁ Hands-on payor contract experience, including audits, rate review/negotiation support, or reimbursement language review
⦁ Reimbursement/RCM experience such as auditing, root cause analysis, financial analysis, or home infusion medical billing
⦁ Advanced knowledge of medical insurance plan structures (commercial, managed care, Medicare Advantage, self-funded, TPAs, and risk-bearing provider groups)
⦁ Experience creating training materials or SOPs and rolling out contract changes to larger groups
⦁ Strong understanding of home infusion or specialty pharmacy pricing and fee schedules
⦁ High organization with strong Microsoft skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
⦁ Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex contract details clearly
