What You’ll Do
⦁ Manage billing and collection activities for Soleo’s Patient Accounts Receivable
⦁ Review billing statements for remaining patient balances after third-party payments post
⦁ Generate and distribute patient collection reports to the field to flag delinquent accounts
⦁ Communicate with patients about overdue balances, billing concerns, and payment arrangements
⦁ Monitor the collection agency portal and provide requested documentation as needed
⦁ Prepare balance adjustments when collection efforts are exhausted and next steps are required
⦁ Review Soleo Assistance applications for final approval or denial
⦁ Submit manufacturer co-pay claims on time and manage manufacturer co-pay A/R for prompt collections
⦁ Maintain positive relationships with manufacturer co-pay programs
⦁ Create patient invoices for missing pumps and track them through the collections process
⦁ Research and prepare patient refund requests when needed
⦁ Investigate patient correspondence and returned mail
⦁ Document clear, concise notes in the company system and escalate trends or issues to management
⦁ Provide strong customer service to internal teams and external patients while staying compliant with contracts and policies

What You Need
⦁ Knowledge of home infusion therapy billing practices (required)
⦁ 1+ year of medical billing and collections experience (required)
⦁ High school diploma or GED (required)
⦁ Understanding of HCPCS coding and medical terminology
⦁ Strong math and writing skills with comfort explaining balances clearly
⦁ Customer service experience with internal and external stakeholders
⦁ Excel and Outlook experience (required)
⦁ Bonus: CPR+ system experience
