This is a client-advocacy, VIP-facing support role where you’re the “fixer” for high-priority accounts. You’ll resolve complex benefits issues, educate clients and members, analyze VIP account trends, and coordinate internally to keep service tight and retention strong. - Availability needed Monday–Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. CST
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for high-priority/VIP clients, handling complex issues quickly and accurately
- Act as the go-between to resolve member issues that require direct client communication
- Recommend solutions, set clear expectations, and guide clients on benefits, navigation, and utilization
- Educate participants on plan features so they can use benefits confidently and independently
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems, identify improvements, and support retention
- Analyze VIP account data to spot trends and tailor support
- Apply strong judgment to follow laws, regulations, and internal policies while solving problems
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Document interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups to meet quality and reporting standards
What You Need
- Associate’s degree or 4+ years of related professional experience
- Background in benefits management, claims, insurance, or healthcare (required)
- 2+ years in high-volume, complex customer service/client support
- Strong consultative problem-solving and client education skills
- Excellent communication across phone, email, chat (and presentations when needed)
- Comfortable with CRM tools and adapting to new systems
- Strong multitasking and time management in a deadline-driven environment
