Role requires cross-functional collaboration and project management to drive escalations to resolution while maintaining strong client relationships and satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
⦁ Own customer satisfaction and retention for assigned client accounts while building trusted relationships with client operational leadership.
⦁ Develop and maintain client success plans starting at implementation kick-off and coordinate internal SmithRx teams to ensure client business goals are achieved.
⦁ Manage escalations through cross-functional project management, complete reporting/data requirements, identify risks to satisfaction, and assess product gaps with clear expectation management.
What You Need
⦁ 3–5 years of account management or relationship management experience in healthcare; working knowledge of commercial health insurance and pharmacy benefits strongly preferred.
⦁ Executive-level communication, consultative problem-solving, and strong conflict resolution skills with an obsession for customer experience.
⦁ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus the ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage deliverables across stakeholders.
