Hiring shift: Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm EST; mandatory paid virtual training Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST for approximately 4 weeks prior to moving to your shift.
What You’ll Do
⦁ Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat and drive issues to resolution with ownership and urgency.
⦁ Support customers with benefits administration and enrollment (medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, commuter, disability, retirement, COBRA) and provide guidance across Justworks’ product offerings.
⦁ Resolve payroll-related inquiries including payments, time and attendance, payroll reports, and wage and hour questions while managing cases in a CRM and escalating higher-level issues when needed.
What You Need
⦁ 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment; prior remote experience preferred.
⦁ Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfort defusing challenging situations, and the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
⦁ Self-starter mindset with strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail; experience with tools like Zendesk, Talkdesk, JIRA, or Confluence is a plus.
