Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote (Work From Home).
Shift: 12:30PM-9PM EST; role requires strong attention to detail, consistent attendance, and comfort with phone-based support.

What You’ll Do

⦁ Take inbound calls from clients and make outbound calls to provide updates and answer questions.

⦁ Respond appropriately to client concerns, clearly explain program details, and navigate systems to locate client data.

⦁ Accurately document client notes and status updates in the CRM and coordinate with other departments to resolve needs.

What You Need

⦁ Strong customer service skills with exceptional verbal and written communication and strong attention to detail.

⦁ Intermediate typing and math skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, and Outlook.

⦁ FDCPA guidelines familiarity and collections experience are a plus; history of excellent time and attendance preferred.
