Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote (Work From Home).
Shift options: 8AM-4:30PM EST, 10AM-6:30PM EST, or 12:30PM-9PM EST; Spanish speaking required.
What You’ll Do
⦁ Take inbound calls from clients and make outbound calls to provide updates, answer questions, and address concerns.
⦁ Deliver accurate information about the program and navigate computer systems to locate client data and properly assist.
⦁ Accurately document client comments and status updates in the CRM and coordinate with other departments to resolve needs.
What You Need
⦁ Spanish speaking required.
⦁ Strong customer service skills with exceptional verbal and written communication and strong attention to detail.
⦁ Intermediate typing and math skills plus working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, and Outlook; collections experience and FDCPA familiarity are a plus.
