What You’ll Do
⦁ Define and track event KPIs, performance metrics, and ROI reporting for enterprise events
⦁ Bring fresh ideas that elevate SmithRx’s presence and help the brand stand out at crowded industry events
⦁ Own the end-to-end event budget, delivering programs on-time and on-budget while maximizing impact
⦁ Plan and execute the enterprise and client event portfolio (industry sponsorships, national tradeshows, client advisory boards, regional field events)
⦁ Manage full event logistics: venue sourcing, vendor negotiation/management, swag and collateral, shipping, and on-site execution
⦁ Partner with marketing to create pre-event promotion, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up campaigns that convert leads into opportunities
⦁ Enable sales for success at events with briefings, on-site scheduling, and smooth lead handoff processes
What You Need
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
⦁ 5–8 years of B2B event marketing experience (conferences, tradeshows, field events)
⦁ Proven ability to manage large-scale events end-to-end, from concept through execution
⦁ Strategic mindset with hands-on ownership of details and delivery
⦁ Strong project management and budget management skills with the ability to juggle multiple complex programs
⦁ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across sales leaders, executives, vendors, and clients
⦁ Data-driven approach and comfort using event tech, CRM tools (ex: Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms
⦁ Proactive builder who can create new processes while still executing day-to-day
