What You’ll Do
⦁ Own customer satisfaction and retention for assigned client(s) from implementation kick-off onward
⦁ Build strong relationships with client operational leadership and become a trusted advisor
⦁ Develop and maintain client success plans aligned to business goals and measurable outcomes
⦁ Complete reporting and data needs based on client and internal team requirements
⦁ Manage escalations using cross-functional project management to drive resolution fast
⦁ Support research and data efforts tied to escalated issues by coordinating internal and external teams
⦁ Identify risks to client satisfaction early and push mitigation plans before attrition becomes real
⦁ Surface product gaps through business impact assessments and manage client expectations with clarity
⦁ Prioritize issues and assess escalation risk that could lead to client attrition, ensuring solid action plans are in place
What You Need
⦁ 3–5 years of account management or relationship management experience in healthcare
⦁ Working knowledge of commercial health insurance and pharmacy benefits (strongly preferred)
⦁ Executive-level communication skills and comfort navigating conflict with professionalism
⦁ Strong client relationship management skills (documenting expectations, deliverables, and stakeholder updates)
⦁ Calm, tactful problem-solving style with a growth mindset
⦁ Obsession with customer experience and customer satisfaction
⦁ Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
⦁ Disciplined, self-driven work style with initiative and follow-through
⦁ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
